ChiroHealthUSA Discount Program
49$/year per membership provides discounts for those who do not have insurance, whose insurance does not cover chiropractic care and those who opt out of using their insurance. The membership covers the subscriber and all immediate family members for one year.
Visits after the initial visit are 50$ + any additional modalities.
The initial visit will include the cost of an exam + spinal adjustment. The most basic initial visit is 175$(not including the ChiroHealthUSA registration fee)
Registration fee for the discount program will be due at your the time of your Initial Visit
